I have zero regrets in hiring this company and would recommend their services to anyone who finds themselves in any situation like my own. This company was exceptional in their knowledge of my situation, as well as their professionalism, assessment of the job and willingness to accommodate my schedule in the execution of the work. I could hear the critters in the walls of my bedroom and, having obvious concerns with damage to my house, I decided to call Bad Company Wildlife Eviction to resolve the problem. Last fall, a family of squirrels decided to make my attic their home. The good news is the raccoon has left and it is peaceful again.Stu and Matt were such a pleasure to work with and what I liked about Bad Company is they come and do the inspection – and then explain what needs to be done and the estimate for work to be completed.Highly recommend them!! Stu was the FIRST company who we called, who offered to look in our attic.He could see evidence of the raccoon in our attic, and offered to clean up the evidence when they came back next day to put the one way door.Fortunately, we had our roofer on standby as well and by Wednesday morning our roof was repaired and Stu and Matt had put the one way door. On Monday morning we woke up to see insulation on our roof and a big hole in our Marley Tile Roof!When Stu arrived on Tuesday morning he climbed up to investigate the roof and immediately determined we had a Raccoon problem.

I called Stu on late Sunday afternoon and he scheduled appointment first thing on Tuesday morning. We thought that we were having problem with squirrels either in the eaves or attic and its been ongoing for months, The noise has been escalating at 4 a.m. They will be back Aug 2 to put a one way door in so the bats can finally leave! (Who knew u can’t evict bats until after August 1 cuz they’re mating? Not this girl!)This has been a truly scary and unsettling experience but Mitch and Stu have been super supportive and helped get me through it.If you have ANY rodent/bug/creature issues I STRONGLY suggest calling them first!! Thank you from the bottom of my dark bat cave guys! 🦇 I will ALWAYS refer everyone who needs your services to you!!See you August 2 for the final countdown!!Vicki The gentlemen came when they said they would listened to my fears and created a plan.Two nights ago I emailed them in desperation as more bats were entering my living area and they replied at 1030 pm! Customer Service ON BLAST!They came the next day and removed four sleeping bats from my basement and sealed any leaks. Stu and Mitch are nothing but professionals! I only write reviews when warranted and Bad Company DEFINITELY warrants all my praise!I have bats coming into my house from the fireplace in the basement.
